This video explains the process of sending the Reading List to the Library to check for copyright compliance and digitisation requests. Publishing the Reading List and creating a link to it in the Canvas modules is also shown.

Select Send List from the top menu bar. This allows the Library to action any of the following:
If the list is published without sending it to the Library, items will remain in a Being Prepared status and will not be available to students.
Publishing your list makes it live and visible to your students. It changes the Reading List status from 'Draft' to 'Published'.
Select Publish
A 'Publish list' window will appear. Select Course students, then select Confirm
You can continue to add or remove items in a list once it has been published.
If you need to add a new item to the Reading List after it is published, select the Add items + button to search the library collection and then add it. Then select the ellipsis to the right of the new item and Send to Library.
