Having troubles accessing ClinicalKey?

We are aware of an issue some users are having with ClinicalKey, and are working with the vendor to fix

In the meantime, if you are having issues with ClinicalKey:

Go to ClinicalKey

When you reach the "Log in via your institution" page, click on Back to Login and register

Click on Back to Login

About ClinicalKey Student

ClinicalKey Student is an interactive medical learning platform with books, videos, images and quick access summaries. You can take and share notes, and create revision flashcards. Registration is required to access content and personalised features.

How to study with ClinicalKey Student

ClinicalKey Student Medicine

Supports students and faculty by enhancing the learning experience with interactive learning materials. ClinicalKey Student Medicine has Assessment capabilities which allows you to create personalised quizzes and track results.

ClinicalKey Student Nursing

Please be aware that nursing content is hosted separately so be sure to check for “/nursing” in the URL to ensure you are in the correct site when searching for nursing related content eg. https://www.clinicalkey.com/student/nursing.

Account registration and logging in

Log in via your institution

1. Access content and personalised features. Start typing RMIT in the search box, then select the RMIT University option that appears.

2. Your will be directed to an RMIT login page, enter your RMIT username and password

2A. New users will need to confirm their details when logging in for the first time. Enter your details, using your RMIT email address. Click Confirm & register, then click Continue.

You can now access ClinicalKey Student content and personalised features.

Bookshelf features

Bookshelf allows you to highlight text, create flashcards, make notes and share or export them to OneNote. Add books to your Bookshelf from within a book chapter by selecting the “Add to Bookshelf” button. The button text will then change to display “Launch Bookshelf”, select to open your Bookshelf and begin taking notes, highlighting and more.

Mobile and desktop apps

Bookshelf books can be read offline by downloading a desktop app for Windows 10+ or Mac OS, or via the free mobile app available through iOS and Android app stores. Search “ClinicalKey Student Bookshelf” to get started.
