What is Mendeley?

Mendeley is a free, easy to use reference manager tool to help collect, organise, cite and share references.

Features of Mendeley include:

  • Works with many word processing applications such as Microsoft Word and LibreOffice to create citations and bibliographies
  • From within your citation library, read, annotate and highlight PDFs
  • Enables collaboration and sharing
  • Webpages can be captured using the Web Importer.
