Statistical consultancy

The School of Graduate Research supports a Statistical Consultancy Service for HDR candidates. The service provides expert support in various aspects of the research process, this includes research design and quantitative data analysis. Sessions can be conducted in person or online. Candidates are strongly encouraged to seek advice as early in the process as possible- within the first 12 months of candidature.

The service includes:

  • 45 minutes per session
  • seven no-cost sessions, and then by negotiation
  • offered online or in person at Building 80, RMIT City Campus

The service is led by Prof. Ashton de Silva who has over 20 years of HDR management, supervision and consulting experience. The team includes Dr Yonatan Navon who has international consultancy experience.

Please note, the service provides advice and guidance only, no analysis is conducted. There is no guarantee that reviewers/examiners will agree with the advice provided.
