The Library has a team of Teaching and Research Librarians available to assist staff and students in the use of library services and resources. In terms of research data management they are able to:

  • advise on the submission of works to the RMIT Research Repository
  • respond to questions about copyright
  • provide information about unethical (predatory) publishing
  • provide information on data management and Figshare
  • advise on storage during research (Cloudstor) and data security
  • instruction and guidance about the Figshare platform, a publishing tool for Research Data
  • information on data citations, metrics, and research impact
