Information and resources for using altmetrics to demonstrate research impact.
Kudos is a free online service that allows you to create a public profile for your research, presenting all relevant outputs in a publicly accessible format.
How does Kudos work?
Kudos helps you to do three things to increase your research impact.
Explain: Provide a short title for your publication and a plain-language explanation. Add associated materials such as datasets, images, videos and blog entries to provide context. Kudos then makes your research entry visible and discoverable online.
Share: Share links to your publication entries on Kudos by email, social media, academic networks, or on your blog or website. Visitors can read your explanation, find the publication and see other associated materials in context.
Measure: Kudos then allows you to see the impact of your dissemination on views, downloads, citations, and also altmetrics via data from Altmetric.
