Alerting services
Alerting services provide you with current information on your area/s of research or interest. This is an excellent way to keep informed of the latest research information without spending too much time searching for it. Alerting services are available from subscription databases (RMIT University students and staff only), publisher’s web pages and other web resources.
Alerting services utilise different methods of delivery. These include receiving alerts via email or by accessing an RSS feed via an RSS reader. (For more information on RSS feeds and Readers see the "Web information" tab in this guide.)
